We are located in the great capital city of Austin, Texas!

Where are your items made?
All items are made in a pet-free, smoke-free home here in Austin.

How can I contact you?
You can send an email by clicking on the ‘send an e-mail‘ link in the navigation bar. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response!

 

ORDERING / QUESTIONS ABOUT ITEMS

Do you accept custom orders?
Currently, we do not. However, we will in the near future! To be notified when this happens, please sign up for our website in the right column!

I don’t want to purchase through Etsy. Can I purchase directly from you?
Etsy is the only place where our products can be purchased at this time!

Will you ever sell non-baby related items?
Making sweet things for baby and mom and dad are the things I enjoy doing. At this time, there are no plans to go outside of that market.

How often are new items added to the Etsy store?
New items are added on the 1st of every month. However, there will be times when items are added in between those dates. To be notified of additions, please sign up for our mailing list.

I am ordering an item as a gift. Do you provide gift wrap?
We would love to specially wrap it for you and provide a name tag for your convenience! Just let us know!

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns if the item is not what you desire. Our return process is as follows:
Step 1: Contact Arrows & Quivers to notify us of your wish to return your purchased product(s).
Step 2: Once you receive a response from us, item must be received within 10 business days.
Step 3: Once we ensure that  the time is in its original state when originally shipped, refund will be issued for the cost of the purchased item only.

If a return is sent without first contacting us & arranging it, it will be returned to the buyer. Also, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you deliver items locally?
No, we don’t. All items are shipped to the purchaser!

How are your items shipped?
They are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, no. However, this does not mean that we won’t in the future!
